Sharon Vitale MSN, NP-C has been selected to join the American Health Council's Nursing Board.

With diverse expertise in Dermatology, Wound Care, Patient Care, and Nursing, Vitale offers a variety of skills to her professional field. Currently a Nurse Practitioner at American Mobile Dermatology and owner of Ocean Breeze Brow and Skin Studio., seasoned Nurse Vitale brings an impressive 26 years of experience in the healthcare industry to the Nursing Board of the American Health Council.

Vitale realized early on that she had a talent and passion for helping people in need. Searching for a way to translate that into a professional career, Vitale's love of nursing flourished throughout coursework that gave her an opportunity to positively impact many lives. Seeking to sharpen her established bedside care skills and further develop structural knowledge about the nursing industry, Vitale earned an MSN from renowned research institution Stony Brook University in 2011. Using her extensive experience in the field, Vitale has devoted her clinical prowess and vast academic training to her patients at American Mobile Dermatology in Jupiter, Florida for the past year. In this position, Vitale provides the highest-quality care to every patient she sees, from skin cancer and wound care patients to outside appointments in homes and assisted living facilities.

Vitale attributes her impressive professional accomplishments to her drive and desire to succeed. Reflecting on the clinical results and patient improvements gives Vitale further inspiration in her day-to-day work. Her 26 years of experience in the healthcare industry has been defined by a motivation to improve the lives of others. In her professional future Vitale hopes to continue channeling that motivation to positively impact many more lives. She appreciates the challenge of a changing medical landscape, the unpredictability of which strengthens her clinical capabilities to this day.

Outside of her professional life, Vitale has cultivated a slate of personal hobbies and interest. Vitale enjoys photography, practicing Pilates, and scuba dving.
