An accomplished listee, Mrs. Posner celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. In 1978, Mrs. Posner joined the National Security Agency in Ft. The award reflected her most significant contributions, which included managing and directing a worldwide three-day effort, the first "Future Day" to introduce a new vision, mission and goals for the 21st century. The award also recognized her for designing a new and more beneficial strategy for submitting the agency's yearly Congressional Budget Justification Book to the U.S. Congress, resulting in a more timely submission and an increased agency budget.

Now celebrating a career spanning more than five decades, she currently contributes to the advertising field as a marketing and multimedia consultant, a position she has held since 1999. She developed her marketing abilities as a fashion and public relations director at Montgomery Ward from 1966 to 1975 and as the president and co-owner of Designer's Circle Ltd. from 1976 to 1978.

Mrs. Posner's career has exhibited impressive range, including such roles as regional director for the Fashion Group, an organization of international fashion executives, from 1972 to 1974.
