A respected and accomplished management professional, Ms. Boyle Sullivan amassed more than three decades of increasing management responsibilities prior to her retirement from the industry in 1994. Most recently serving as a Management Consultant for Innovation Associates from 1988 to 1994, she was formerly the president of Boyle/Kirkman Associates from 1972 to 1988, a Sales Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at IBM from 1971 to 1972, a Special Programs Manager at IBM from 1970 to 1971, and a Management Development Manager at IBM in 1970. Beginning her career with IBM in 1959, Ms. Boyle Sullivan further held the role of a regional Systems Engineering Manager for Eastern and Central Europe in Vienna, Austria, from 1967 to 1970.

Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Boyle Sullivan was a Board Director for Americans Fostering Latino Education and Culture and chair of the compensation committee for Equitable Resources, Inc., a billion dollar corporation headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, from 1979 to 1992, where she also served on the nominating committee and on the audit and pension trust committees. A consultant for several major corporations on human resource development programs and organizational change, she has been the conductor of executive leadership, visionary and strategic planning seminars at Harvard Business School, the National War College, the Canadian Prime Minister's Conference and the International Management Conference in Paris. In addition, Ms. Boyle Sullivan was the Founder and President of the Latin American Resource Center from 2003 to 2008 and a Board Member, President and Vice President of Development for the Golden Isles Youth Orchestra from 2008 to 2018.

Equally as passionate about her community, Ms. Boyle Sullivan served numerous academic facilities in a number of capacities, including as a Trustee for Drexel University, President's Advisory Committee Member for Gwynedd Mercy University, Advisory Committee Member for the College of Business Administration at Drexel University, Vice Chairman and Board of Trustees Member for Marymount Manhattan College, and Board of Regents Member for St. Mary's College. She has further excelled on the Board of the YWCA Los Angeles, the Board of Directors of the Mary House Day Care Center and the Newcomers' Club, and is a member of the Sea Island Club, the Ivy League Club and Rotary International. Likewise, Ms. Boyle Sullivan was the Chair of the Tour of Homes Christ Church Frederica in 2000, and Chair of the Coastal Symphony Gala Cabaret in 2007 and 2008.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Boyle Sullivan pursued an education at Drexel University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 1958. Of all her accomplishments, Ms. Sullivan is most grateful for the opportunity to have played sports while at Drexel. Her 20.2 career scoring average in basketball still ranks second best in school history as does her 25.5 season average in her senior year. During her four years, she won 12 varsity letters and was a two time basketball team captain.

In light of her exceptional achievements, Ms. Boyle Sullivan has accrued several accolades throughout her impressive career. Featured in a number of magazines, books, radio and television programs, including CBS' "60 Minutes," she was recognized by St. John's University as Business Person of the Year in 1973 and by Time Magazine among 50 Leaders for the Future in 1979. She has also received honorary doctorates from Newton College and Gwynedd Mercy University in 1975. However, the highlight of Ms. Boyle Sullivan's career was her 15 years working with IBM in the United States and Europe.
