David Felsburg Presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who's Who

Throughout his career, David Felsburg has been recognized for his contributions, having received the President's Award from the National Defense Industrial Association.

With more than 40 years of professional experience, Dr. Felsburg was the founder, president, and chief executive officer of US Vets Technologies from 2006 to 2012. From 1997 to 2010, he held the position of the president and cofounder of Paloma Systems, Inc. Prior to obtaining these roles, Dr. Felsburg was the director of operations of the CTA Inc. Northeastern Region from 1985 to 1997, and vice president from 1989 to 1997, having been senior program manager from 1985 to 1989.

From 1981 to 1985, Dr. Felsburg was the head of the mathematics department and football defensive line coach for the United States Air Force Academy, and from 1979 to 1981, he was commander and director of the communications system for the 47th communications group at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Base. He served as director of the USAF/FAA Joint Operations for Atmospheric Defense at the North America Aerospace Defense Command in 1979, and as director of plans and programs for the 4754 Radar Evaluation Squadron at Hill Air Force Base from 1976 to 1979. Earlier in his career, Dr. Felsburg was chief technician and system trainer for the 1961 Communications Squadron at Clark Air Force Base from 1969 to 1973.

Dr. Felsburg was inspired to pursue a career in technology from an early age, having grown up in an impoverished environment. Seeing an opportunity with the Air Force, he enlisted, and he began his career as a student at New Mexico State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering in 1975. He then joined the University of Utah, where he completed a Master of Science in engineering in 1980. In 1985, he graduated from the Southern Baptist Seminary Extension, having been ordained as a pastor in 1981, and in 2005, he completed a postgraduate program in ministry with Luther Rice Seminary. In 2008, Dr. Felsburg earned a Doctor of Philosophy in organizational behavior and management with Capella University.

A respected voice in his areas of expertise, Dr. Felsburg is affiliated with numerous organizations in his community. He is a member of the IEEE, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Association of Old Crows, the Air Force Communications Electronics Association, and the Air Force Association. He served as interim pastor at Faith Evangelical Church, as pastor, teacher, evangelist, and seminar leader at numerous Baptist churches in New Mexico, Texas, Mississippi, Utah, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. Dr. Felsburg was a pastor at Bon Air Baptist Church and the Wilmington Bible Chapel, and he was the founder and a pastor with Alexandria Bible Chapel.

Throughout his career, Dr. Felsburg has been recognized for his contributions, having received the President's Award from the National Defense Industrial Association. He is a platinum member of the Republican National Committee and is the founder of the Eton Park Home Owners Association. Dr. Felsburg has been featured in numerous honor publications, including Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
