Qualified as a Racketeering Investigator on the state and federal levels, he was the first in the U.S. to charge a corporation with the crime of racketeering. Additionally, he helped to uncover one of the largest corruption cases in Dade County as an undercover agent.
An expert in his field, Mr. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Management from St. Thomas University. In order to stay abreast of changes in the field, he affiliates himself with the United States National Institute of Justice. A contributor to scientific management papers, he has been honored many times for his work in the field, earning an Appreciation Award through the Port Authority Hispanic Society and features in Who's Who in the South and Southwest.
