Dr. Jung Hun Lee Presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who's Who

In 2004, Dr. Jung Hun Lee earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science in genetic engineering from Youngdong University, now known as U1 University. Following this accomplishment, he obtained a Master of Science in 2006 at the National Leading Research Laboratory in Myonji University. Dr. Lee completed his studies at the National Leading Research Laboratory in Myonji University in 2014, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in structural biochemistry.

Dr. Jung Hun Lee began his career as an assistant researcher at the Korea Ocean Research and Development Institute from 2004 to 2008. He then went on to serve at Myonji University as a research professor from 2014 to 2015 and now holds the position of assistant professor at the university's National Leading Research Lab. His research in the field focuses on the epidemiology of infectious diseases, structure-based drug design, mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance in clinical microorganisms, and biochemistry and x-ray crystal structures. Dr. Lee's also served in the Republic of Korea Army.

Outside of his practical work in the field, Dr. Lee is a prolific author and co-author of numerous research papers in his field. Most recently, he co-authored an article for Frontiers in Microbiology titled "Malaria elimination in India and regional implications." In addition, he has authored five international books and he holds four internationally registered patents. Dr. Jung Hun Lee's professional accomplishments in the field have also been profiled by several industry magazines, websites, and publications including Reuters Health, Encyclopedia Britannica, and France's Eureka Magazine.
