Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?

A: Meeting with clients every day in their newly constructed homes or renovated spaces we get to see what's new and exciting in home design. Also, at the annual Budget Blinds International Convention, franchisees have the opportunity to meet with leading manufacturers, designers and trendsetters.

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: We are focusing on steady, organic growth. The vast majority of our clients come from referral and we want to continue to focus on 100% clients satisfaction so our happy customers have confidence in referring their friends and family.

Q: What makes you/your company successful?

A: What has made us successful is an unwavering commitment to our clients. It sounds very simple, but it's the little things like showing up on time or calling if you're going to be late. A: Unrelenting optimism. I read once that most successful entrepreneurs have a level of optimism that some might say is unrealistic. It is necessary to have a deeply seeded belief that everything will work out as long as you treat people well and put in the hard work.
