Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Ms. Ponticello was the vice president of strategic planning and global human resources at Global Crossing from 1993 to 2003. Civically active, Ms. Ponticello is a member of the Skaneateles Chamber of Commerce and joined a monthly meditation community. She frequently gives back to various causes, including Susan G.
