Dr. Church has held the position of vice president of services at Enterprise Coaching & Developing Center since July 2021. In this capacity, she provides the lead administrative functions and project planning. Additionally, Dr. Church contributes to testing administration and workforce credentialing at Solid Rock Community Outreach Center (Dover, DE, Kent County) Testing Services & Programs while teaching online at Wilmington University (2014 to present). In addition to her other roles, Dr. Church is the co-founder and managing partner of Enterprise Mid-Atlantic Institute (online enrichment programming serving Delmarva) formed in 2022. Dr. Church has contributed to five publications, showcasing her leadership in the discipline of continuing education and testing assessment administration (integrity & security).
Looking beyond career achievements, Dr. Church is passionate about making a difference in her community and working with displaced youth between the ages of 16 and 23. Dr. Church actively volunteers in her community in several behind-the-scenes capacities. Dr. Church is a member of the LWV Sussex County chapter and Milford-Slaughter Neck Branch of the NAACP, Epsilon Rho Zeta chapter (Wilmington). Dr. Church is a LERN (Learning Resources Network) board member. LERN is the world's largest associate in Continuing Education and Life-long Learning.
Dr. Church's academic journey consists of her returning to school as an adult learner and persevering to achieve numerous degrees through scholarships, grants, and fellowships. Dr. Church has five degrees (bachelor's, two master's, and two doctorates) and several credentialing certifications and digital badges. Moreover, Dr. Church received credentials as a commission rotary in Delaware.
