Carol J. Browne Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Education

Browne, Instructional Technology Coordinator for the State University of New York/University Center for Advanced Workforce Development (UCAWD), has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in technical training.

Ms. Browne has 15 years of experience in the field and two years in her current role. She excels at mathematics and computer information technology and systems. She is working with students on the computer using programs, teaching technical applications and MS Word and Excel.
Ms. Browne taught mathematics in New York City Public Schools for eight years. She began teaching mathematics at the college level six years ago. She attributes her success to her desire to teach and impact knowledge in students.

She received a bachelor's degree in business management and computer information science from Lehman College in 1997. In 2001, she earned a Master of Science degree in Education and Technology. After receiving her degrees, her career progressed. She is a member of Kappa Delta Pi Fraternity. Ms. Browne aspires to complete a Ph.D. She enjoys gardening and traveling.
