Rachael Kristine Weeman Honored by Leading Professional Organization

    ERIE, PA, December 30, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rachael Kristine Weeman, Educator and Teacher at Early Connections Daycare-Pre K Counts, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in early education.

Rachael Kristine Weeman, an Educator for three years, specializes in pre-kindergarten through third-grade education at Early Connections Daycare-Pre K Counts. Previously an English, mathematics, science and social studies teacher for elementary school students, she is working on a master's degree in math and reading education for grades kindergarten through five from Walden University. She received a bachelor's degree in early childhood development from The University of Toledo. Also, she is certified as a reading teacher in the state of Ohio and as an early childhood teacher in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

When asked what advice she would give to aspiring teachers, Ms. Weeman noted that as a teacher, one should be prepared for the good and bad days. Her favorite moments in teaching have been when students have been able to grasp concepts and enjoy learning. She strives to be as inspirational to others as her teachers were to here.

Ms. Weeman is a member of Tau Sigma, Kappa Delta Pi and Phi Delta Kappa. In 2008, she was chosen to be a VIP member by Cambridge Who's Who.
