ST. TROPEZ, FRANCE, September 16, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Fraser Yachts are pleased to announce that six of their yachts will feature at the upcoming 2010 Monaco Yacht Show, which will be taking place at the Port Hercules between the 22nd and 25th of September. The show, which will be open between 10.00am and 18.40pm, will feature more than 100 superyachts, of which around 40% will be making their debut at this prestigious event. More than 50% of the yachts on show will have a length of more than 40m including, M/Y Aquarius, M/Y H2OME, S/Y Ohana and S/Y Hetairos, each of which is currently for sale with Fraser Yachts acting as Central Agents.
At a length of 64.49m (211'07") M/Y Aquarius is the largest of these four yachts and is being offered at price of EUR67,000,000 with Dennis Frederiksen of Fraser Yachts, Monaco, acting as her central agent. Launched in 2007, Aquarius was custom built by Amels Holland B.V. with Terence Disdale taking responsibility for the design of her beautiful interiors and exteriors. Her accommodation includes 9 separate suites and she is able to house 18 overnight guests served by a crew of 18. She has a range of 5250nm, cruises at a speed of 15.6 knots and has a maximum speed of 17.5 knots.
With a length of 44.00m (144'04") M/Y H2OME is certainly not going to be the largest yacht to feature at the show, but she is sure to be one of the most talked about. Built at the MGMI Shipyard and launched earlier this year, she features an uncompromisingly modern design with exteriors by Mario Grasso of Navirex and interiors by Studio A-Lab. Despite having the look and feel of a 'floating villa', H2OME is able to cruise at an impressive 17 knots and has a top speed of 36 knots. Her asking price has been set at EUR14,500,000 and her sale is being handled by Jan Jaap Minnema and Vassilis Fotilas of Fraser Yachts, Monaco.
Sailing enthusiasts meanwhile will be keen to take a look at the 43.41m (142'05") S/Y Ohana. Built at the Perini Navi Shipyard, S/Y Ohana was launched in 2004 as the first in a series of high-performance all-aluminium sailing yachts. In keeping with the Perini Navi brand, S/Y Ohana features a range of luxurious and spacious living areas and she is able to accommodate 10 overnight guests in her 5 elegantly designed cabins. She has a total sail area of 969m2 while her twin-engines allow her a top-speed of 13.5 knots. Her sale is being handled by Dennis Frederiksen of Fraser Yachts, Monaco, and she is being offered at a price of EUR17,800,000.
Of similar size and specification to S/Y Ohana is the 42.85m (140'07") luxury sailing yacht Hetairos. Built by the German shipbuilders Abeking and Rasmussen and launched in 1993, S/Y Hetairos features naval architecture by Bruce King and interiors by Andrew Winch. She is served by a crew of 4-6 professional crew and is able to accommodate 10 overnight guests who can enjoy her spacious external areas, which include both a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi spa. A single MTU main engine that allows her to cruise at a speed of 12 knots complements her 659m2 of total sail area. She is being offered for EUR13,800,000 and her sale is being handled by Jurgen Koch of Fraser Yachts, Spain.
