Terms of Service

The following Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement (hereinafter called "Agreement") between 24-7 Press Release Newswire. a subsidiary of Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. the "Company" , ("Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. the "Company" ") a Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Corporation, having its principal location of business in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and you the "USER").

  1. Through your registration for service, paid and/or trial submission of copy and/or other information to Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc., and 24-7pressrelease.com, USER is in agreement to following Conditions and Terms of Service.
  2. Services may be withheld from accounts that are overdue. Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. reserves the right to deny our service to any company, entity or person.
  3. USER acknowledges and understands that Dragstrip Design and 24-7 Press Release Newswire services are non refundable under any circumstances unless we are unable to provide the service or product we advertise. The moment USERS's press release or copy is paid for and is displayed on our website USER or customer will not be entitled to any refund.
  4. USER understands and acknowledges and agrees that Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire does not and will not accept press releases for publicly traded companies, legal stories without documentation (docket/case#), stock recommendations, casino/gambling, sports betting, e-cigarettes or tobacco, unaccredited pharmacies, pornographic or sexually explicit materials, sexual enhancement, illegal activity, releases containing defamatory comments or statements, intent to harm or any other material we deem unacceptable. This content is defined as anything deemed intended to: incite, advocate or express hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence; promote personal opinions attacking an individual or group; maliciously affect a company's stock; or stalk, defame, defraud, degrade, shame or victimize an individual or group.

Any inadvertent errors by Dragstrip Designs will be corrected promptly upon notification or discovery, with no additional charge. This obligation to correct the error shall constitute the sole liability of Dragstrip Designs.
  7. USER is responsible for the content and accuracy of all news copy and other information submitted by USER. Due to the volume of news, information and copy submitted to Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire cannot and will not be responsible for verifying any facts contained therein. USER represents and warrants to Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire that (i) it has the right to deliver to Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire all information and copy submitted to it, (ii) it will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and laws relating to "spam", and (iii) no information or copy submitted by USER or on USERS behalf will contain any content that is libelous, slanderous, obscene or otherwise defamatory, false or misleading or which violates any copyright, right of privacy or publicity or other right of any person. USER shall indemnify and hold harmless Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc., 24-7 Press Release Newswire and owners, third party vendors, including distributors, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to any breach by Member of the foregoing representations and warranties or otherwise arising out of or relating to the contents or nature of copy and other information provided by USER or anyone acting on USER behalf.
  8. Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire has the right to deny or edit copy or other information as it sees necessary. Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire at its sole discretion, has the right to delete any press release, trial or paid, from its website, pull any press release from dissemination or deny approval to any press release, trial or paid.

USER acknowledges that Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire has the right to remove any press release(s), at any time, without notification or refund of monies previously paid. Examples may include, but not limited to, notification from search engines for content warning and user generated spam and external parties for incorrect information.
  10. Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire does not promote any offers to buy or sell any securities.
  11. All news releases and other information transmitted by Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire is mandatory to display contact name and phone number along with a identifiable source supplied by USER.   16. USER agrees that they have full written permission from any companies mentioned in their press release other than their own. User also agrees they have full written permission from anyone elses name mentioned in their press release other than their own.

USER acknowledges that they will not submit a press release mentioning the ticker symbol of another company that trades publicly without the express written permission of an immediate director/owner. Failure not to forward this written permission via fax/email to 24-7 Press Release Newswire may result in the removal of ticker symbol information.
  18. USER acknowledges that they will not submit a press release with direct mention of the name of another company without the express written permission of an immediate director/owner. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal of the press release, closure of the account and potential legal action.
  19. USER acknowledges that they will not submit a press release mentioning a lawsuit/litigation, or potential lawsuit or litigation without first forwarding all necessary documentation, including correct parties on the suit, case number, file stamp and file stamp date which must be faxed/email to us 24hrs prior to date of release.

Should the Terms and Conditions be violated by you, or if you violate any other rights of Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc., 24-7 Press Release Newswire and the Dragstrip Design network of sites, Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on any and all of the Dragstrip Design and 24-7 Press Release Newswire network websites.

USER acknowledges that Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and the 24-7 Press Release Newswire press release distribution website reserve the right to distribute videos that are submitted by its users to the 24-7 Press Release Newswire. Distribution may include, but not limited to other video related websites or directories.

In the event that a story submitted by User is required to be retracted, User agrees that they are responsible, in full for any consequences, and are also responsible to have all stories removed from any or all websites not owned by Dragstrip Designs Markeing Inc., or 24-7 Press Release Newswire.

USER acknowledges and agrees that the news distribution lists, distribution channels or distribution outlets on the 24-7 Press Release Newswire press distribution website may not be accurate due to changing editors at different news sources combined with the addition or removal of email requests. 24-7 Press Release Newswire does attempt to keep an accurate as possible list.

Should the Terms and Conditions be violated by you, or if you violate any other rights of Dragstrip Designs, 24-7 Press Release Newswire and the Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. the "Company" network of sites, Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. the "Company" reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on any and all of the Dragstrip Design and 24-7 Press Release Newswire network websites.
  28. Notice and Takedown - Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc. and 24-7 Press Release Newswire (24-7pressrelease.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others.
