Additionally, he was the business director for their Center for Supply Chain Management.

Before joining Rutgers, he held various executive roles with Colgate Palmolive Company and Mars, Inc., where he honed his supply chain management, logistics, and procurement expertise. His 40 years in business were marked by significant achievements, including the generation of billions of dollars in savings, the implementation of supply chain and procurement systems, and the improvement of customer service to nearly 100 percent. His vast knowledge and experience have also been instrumental in his contributions to various publications and presentations, such as "Best Practices in Supply Chain Management," "Delivering insight, innovation and actionable strategy for procurement's leadership community" and his overall expertise in Talent Management.
An expert in his field, Mr. Klock holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and management from Clarkson University and an MBA in operations management from the University of Rochester. To remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, he aligns himself with the Supply Chain Leaders in Action (SCLA), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Institute for Supply Management, and the Business Leadership Council at Clarkson University. Given his outstanding achievements, Mr. Klock has received several awards such as the Procurement Leaders Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing him for both his business anf academic contributions.
While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Klock takes the most pride in securing internships and jobs for MBA students during his tenure at Rutgers and earning high rankings through Gartner and U.S. News. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his success to his early work in manufacturing plants. Looking forward, Mr. Klock intends to continue traveling, spend time with family and taking on limited teaching and consulting assignments.
