Body Solutions Contest Winners Quickly Becoming Losers

    ATLANTA, GA, June 09, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Three months ago, Atlanta personal trainer and weight-loss expert Dan McGrath offered two very special individuals the opportunity of a lifetime - the chance to lose weight and begin the journey to a more fit and healthy lifestyle.

The Winners:
Chezon Jackson was nominated by a dear friend who understood her life-long struggle with weight and knew that she would succeed in reaching her weight-loss goals if given the proper guidance and opportunity.

Nominated by his wife, Jomal Vailes wasn't convinced he needed to lose weight until The Superman ride at Six Flags over Georgia turned him away for being too heavy for the ride.

Soon after Body Solutions announced the winners, Fox 5 Atlanta health reporter Beth Galvin came aboard to document the Atlanta weight-loss contest, catching every pound lost; every goal reached and, yes, even those 'bumps in the road.'

In the last three months, Chezon, Jomal, Dan and the Body Solutions team have been working tirelessly. Both 'losers' state that they not only see, but feel, the results. In a recent interview, after losing more than 20 lbs., Chezon mentioned, "I don't feel like I'm too big to do anything." Jomal, on the other hand, is more casual about his 30 lb. weight-loss, claiming, "I'm feeling good; things are good."

Dan explains the reason both have been so successful in reaching their weight goals is their positive attitudes and support from friends and family. "It's vital to keep a positive outlook on weight loss especially when you're losing large amounts of weight. There will always be weeks when you lose more than other weeks and that has to be ok - it's all part of a larger plan."
