"It is important to write down your own name, as realistically it will be a personal lack of focus that will become the biggest obstacle. Find Helpers - Whether the goal is personal or business related, it is important to understand the role of outside help. Understand personal strengths and develop a network that compliments core skills. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Find Out What You Don't Know, And Make a Plan - Break down the goal in terms of time and cash. It should be a lengthy process that accounts a lot of details.
