Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Gina Costa-Goldfarb, CPC, ELI-MP, ACC as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

    PARLIN, NJ, May 14, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gina Costa-Goldfarb, CPC, ELI-MP, ACC, Certified Professional Coach and Owner/Founder of New Beginnings Coaching Services, LLC, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Gina Costa-Goldfarb will be featured in the upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

An avid fundraiser and advocate for women's cancers for the past 14 years, Costa-Goldfarb began her career in coaching in July 2013. After losing her mother to ovarian cancer and giving birth to her daughter within three days of each other, it propelled her into being proactive in her own wellness and as an advocate for the cause. Today, as a Certified Professional Coach and the Owner/Founder of New Beginnings Coaching Services, LLC, Costa-Goldfarb coaches survivors by having clients set their own agendas in order to reach their goals. In general, it is about getting through and exploring emotions, getting support from others, exercising self-care, changing perspective, and living in the present moment. Trusting in the process and generating a sense of well-being in all areas of their lives is where Costa-Goldfarb's clients eventually land. Her services are tailored to the individual needs of the client at that particular time.

"Coaching is all about opening up the client to awareness to find their own answers," Costa-Goldfarb said. "We are the only ones who hold ourselves back from whatever it is that we want to achieve when we find ourselves stuck. For me, one of the most powerful challenges I have faced in building my business was finding out where I was holding myself back and digging deep to find the answers to what my own blocks were. Coaching has helped me through and beyond my own cancer experience."

Crediting several wonderful coaches she has worked with over the years in terms of her cancer experience and in building her coaching business, Costa-Goldfarb said, "These coaches have served as mentors, inspired to me to take action, given me a kick in the pants when I needed it, created a safe and non-judgmental environment in which I could share, and have been one of my greatest assets in being able to take my personal development and coaching business to the next level."

As Costa-Goldfarb continues to develop herself as an individual and as a coach, she will also be better able to understand and serve her clients.

Costa-Goldfarb previously worked as a real estate paralegal for more than 28 years. She has also owned her own business in the legal venue, Paralegal Services, LLC, for the last two years. She holds an AS in Paralegal Studies from St. John's University, an ABA Approved Diploma in Paralegal Studies from New York University School of Continuing Education, a BA in Psychology from City University of New York, and is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and Core Well-Being Dynamics Specialist, all through Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is also credentialed by the International Coach Foundation as an Associate Certified Coach.
