David Schroth graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989, and three years later, he earned a JD from Widener University. Degrees in hand, he passed the bar in the state of New Jersey in 1993, and has held a number of positions over the course of his career. He started out as a law clerk for the Honorary Maria Sypek J.S.C., and the Honorary F. Lee Forrester J.S.C. with the New Jersey Superior Court, and went on to serve as an attorney for Paglione & Massi, Hamilton and McLaughlin & Cooper.
Since passing the bars for the District of New Jersey of the U.S. District Court in 1993, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1998, and the U.S. Court of Appeals in 2001, Mr. Schroth now serves in private practice. He has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers and is a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Minority Concerns and the New Jersey District VII Ethics Committee for the Supreme Court. He also serves as the President of the council for Ewing Township.
