In addition to overseeing all aspects of his management consulting company, Dr. Di Spigno also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychology and Director of the Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Center at Roosevelt University.
Dr. Di Spigno began his career after earning a Bachelor of Science from Carroll University in 1969, a Master of Arts from Northern Illinois University in 1972, and a Master of Education from Loyola University in 1974. He worked as Chairman of the Humanities Department at Quincy Catholic Boys' High School, Director of Religious Education at St. Mary's Church in DeKalb, IL, and Director of Education at Immaculate Conception Parish in Highland Park, IL. In 1977, he received a Ph.D. in Psychology from Northwestern University and accepted a position as Director of Human Resources for Valuation Research, Inc. From there, he worked as a Psychologist for Hay Associates and Vice President of Marketing for Executive Assets Corp., both in Chicago. Dr. Di Spigno remained in Chicago to become the Director of Management Development and Personnel Services for Borg-Warner Corporation, and later a Partner and Consulting Psychologist for Medina & Thompson, where he remained until he established Executive Synergies, Inc. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Carroll University, has served on the Board of Regents of Loyola University Chicago and on the Advisory Board for the School of Continuing Education at Northwestern University.
An active member of his professional community, Dr. Di Spigno maintains affiliations with the American Psychological Association, the Illinois Psychological Association, the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He has also shared his expertise by contributing articles to professional journals. In light of his many accomplishments, Dr. Di Spigno was chosen to be featured in the 51st through 70th editions of Who's Who in America, the 14th through 33rd editions of Who's Who in the World, and the 5th through 8th editions of Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare.
