Mr. Richards has contributed articles to numerous professional journals over the years as well. In addition to his studies at Yale, he received a Bachelor of Arts in modern history and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge in England.
An active member of the legal community, Mr. Richards is a former chair of the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association and the Anglo American Real Property Institute. His further professional affiliations include the Century Association, the Kipling Society, and the President of Yale Library Associates.
