Previously, Mr. Williams was the VP and chief information officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and VP and chief information officer of the American Broadcasting Company in New York City. Additional noteworthy roles held in his career that have established a reputation of excellence include senior management consultant for Union Carbide, management consultant for Cresap, McCormick and Paget, manager of Manufacturing and England Systems, and manager of GE Missele. When queried about his professional successes, Mr. Williams attributed his success to passion for his field and the hard work ethic instilled in him during his tenure with the U.S. Army.
Mr. Williams' excellence has been marked in the form of a decorated Silver Star with oak leaf cluster, a Bronze Star with Valor, a Purple Heart with two oak leaf clusters and a Combat Infantry Badge. Additionally, he is regularly asked to conduct public speaking events and contribute to professional journals and articles. At the start of his career, Mr. Williams earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hofstra University and a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
