Currently serving as a resource geologist and information technology manager for Resolute Mining Limited, he has honed his expertise in gold, mining, mineral exploration, geology, minerals, feasibility studies, and resource modeling. In his role, Mr. Bray is charged with managing a group of experienced information technology professionals who provide training and direction to the company's site based personnel, and overseeing complicated WAN and LAN satellite communications between African sites and the Perth head office. Additionally, he contributes to the management, calculation and reconciliation of the Resolute Mining Limited Group's resource and reserves and participates in feasibility studies and the development of current operations, in particular resources to reserves estimates and information technology management.

Mr. Bray earned a degree in geology and geochemistry from Curtin University in 1982 and a graduate diploma in computer studies from Edith Cowan University in 1995. A Microsoft certified professional, he is also a Registered Professional Geologist with Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG). He attributes his success to his hard work and expertise in the field, and looking ahead, Mr. Bray intends to experience continued growth.
