Mr. Licata began his career upon receiving a JD, cum laude, from Suffolk University in 1976. Since then, he has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Between 1977 and 1982, Mr. Licata worked as an associate with Parker, Coulter, Daley & White before entering private practice in 1982. He is eager to share his knowledge with others, and has served as a legal advisor to international organizations since 1989. In addition, he has been a contributor to professional journals, a guest lecturer to classes and seminars, and a panel member at local television stations. Most recently, Mr. Licata was a guest lecturer on ethics and robotics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2011.
Named a Boston Top 10 Rated Lawyer in 2014, Mr. Licata has been featured in a wide variety of honors publications, including Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the East and Who's Who in the World.
