A skilled property manager, Mr. Klebba has served as president of Arkay Consulting Services since 2012. He brings to his role a wealth of experience, as well as expertise in negotiation, marketing and sales. Mr. Klebba previously spent 13 years as a real estate broker with Tempo Real Estate, Inc. in Chicago. His other experience includes serving as the business manager of St. Matthias Parish, branch manager of the Bank of Highwood-Deerfield, and vice president and director of MidAmerica National Bank. Earlier in his career, Mr. Klebba spent 15 years with Strobeck, Reiss School Management Company, serving as a real estate manager and broker, vice president, and general manager. He began his career as a correspondent and representative for the Western Railway Association and the Western Military Bureau. Mr. Klebba also spent seven years as the president of the Chicago-based business, Midland Warehouses.
Mr. Klebba became a certified property manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1970 after studying at Loyola University. Aside from his professional work, he has always been passionate about music. He is a member of the Silverliners, a singing duo with Ms. Peggy Mistak, who plays the ukulele. The pair perform songs primarily from the "Roaring Twenties to the Swinging Sixties." In addition to singing, Mr. Klebba enjoys painting, fishing, bicycling, and casting. He is the vice president of the Chicago Angling & Casting Club and has been named Chicagoland individual casting champion. Mr. Klebba serves on the board of advisors of his local senior center as well. His many accomplishments were taken into consideration when he was chosen to be featured in the 31st edition of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, the 21st through 42nd editions of Who's Who in the Midwest, the 15th through 25th editions of Who's Who in the World, and several editions of Who's Who in America.
