Certified to practice law through the Texas Bar Association, the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, Mr. Hartt has contributed numerous articles to professional journals. He is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and the the American College of Tax Counsel, and a member of the Texas and Dallas Bar Associations as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Throughout his lengthy and notable career, Mr. Hartt has won a variety of awards for his work, including the Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service in 1996, the Presidential Rank Award in 2010 - the highest award that a senior executive or professional can receive - and the John Marshall Award received from the Attorney General in the same year. Mr. Hartt also earned the title of Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly Magazine in 2006 and has been featured in Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in American Law, and Who's Who in the World.
