ATLANTA, GA, February 22, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James P. Groton has been included in several Marquis Who's Who volumes during the past three decades. He has had a remarkable record of success in helping to "keep the peace" on numerous construction projects and in other business relationships and transactions around the world. He has lectured on dispute resolution at numerous educational institutions, been a prolific writer for and leader in professional societies devoted to dispute prevention and resolution, and has served as Chairman of the Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Task Force (DART), President of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association, Board of Directors of the Educational Foundation of the National Association of Women in Construction, General Counsel of the National Academy of Construction, and President of the Georgia Arbitrators Forum.
