In a career that has spanned more than four decades, Ms. Sussman has established herself professionally as a jack of all trades. Having spent much of her career in administration and education, she made a shift toward real estate in 2009. Demonstrating an expertise in all areas of her work, she previously came to prominence as a secretary for McCann-Erickson, administrative assistant for Alan N. Sussman, CPA, and kindergarten teacher for the Hebrew Academy of Long Beach, NY. Other noteworthy roles held in Ms. Sussman's career include long-time junior high school teacher for the Torah Academy for Girls and administrative assistant and tour operator for the EasTours division of Foreign Tours of New York. In recognition of her professional excellence, she was selected for inclusion into Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women.
Before establishing herself professionally, Ms. Sussman prepared for her career by investing in her education. In 1974, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College and became a certified teacher for nursery school through six grade and a special education teacher for all grades. Later, Ms. Sussman returned to her education and achieved a Master of Science from Hofstra University in 1998. To stay at the top of her field, she is a member of AMIT Women and OTSAR, where she founded the Nassau County Chapter and served a term on the national board of directors. In addition, Ms. Sussman has taken on career opportunities outside of her profession. She has served as a member of the special education PTA for Lawrence Schools, a member of the advisory board for the Kulanu of the South Shore of Nassau County and a member of the Sisterhood Kehillah Aish Kodesh. As she looks to the future, Mrs. Sussman intends to continue to work with Mr. Ilan Rubinstein of Ilan Real Estate and Investments to build their real estate business in Ramat Beit Shemesh and throughout Israel.
