After accruing four decades of professional experience in human resources, Ms. Brooke retired from her last role as Vice President of Human Resources for the National Audubon Society. Prior to that role, she worked in human resources primarily in the financial services sector in New York City. Positions included Vice President (VP), Human Resources (HR) for Sunkyong America; VP, HR for Creditanstalt, VP, Chemical Bank, with roles in merger integration and affirmative action. Early HR experience was in recruitment and affirmative action for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. Her earliest work experience was in Houston, Texas, as a buyer trainee at Foley's and as an administrative assistant for Cameron Iron Works.
Ms. Brooke prepared for her endeavors by earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee. She enjoys using her experiences to give back to her community; she is affiliated with both the Daughters of the American Revolution and serves as a deaconess at Redeemer Presbyterian Church. As a testament to her hard work and dedication, Ms. Brooke was featured in two volumes of Who's Who in Finance and Industry, 10 of Who's Who in America, and four of Who's Who of American Women.
