Mr. Inman earned a Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Savannah State University, a Master of Education in business education from Armstrong State University, and an Ed.S. in marketing education from Georgia State University in preparation for what would become a 40-year career in the marketing education industry. His current role as a business advisor at Infinite Health Care Academy is the latest in a roster of advisory roles, the first being a purchasing agent for the Amoco Corporation from 1973 to 1974. Mr. Inman spent the next 10 years as a marketing instructor at Savannah Technical College, leaving that position in 1984 to become the director of public information for the institution, a position he held until 1986. He returned to his instructor position in 1986 and remained there until 2011. Mr. Inman joined the board of directors of Ware Inc. in 1999 and became a business advisor for Infinite Health Care Academy in 2014. He's also held several related marketing titles. Mr. Inman was a chairperson for the Southeastern Georgia Marketing Teacher's Consortium and the Georgia Marketing Teacher's Consortium from 1994 to 1997. He was also president of the Savannah Technical College Faculty Council in 1998.
For his commitment to educating the next generation of marketing professionals, Mr. Inman has been awarded on both large and small scales: he received the Georgia Occupational Leadership Award from Savannah Technical College in 1979 and 2007, was named Teacher of Year in 1983, was the recipient of an American Advertising Award from the Advertising Club in both 1985 and 1986, and earned the Meritorious Service Medal from the United States Navy Reserve in 1990. A proud member of the National Education Association and the Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society, he has also served on the board of directors of a number of marketing-related boards, including those for Infinite Health Care Academy, Garden City Planning Communications, the Superintendents' Advisory Committee, Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools, the National Technical Honor Society, and the Georgia Workforce Development Board.
Mr. Inman has been featured in the 64th through 70th editions of Who's Who in America and the 28th through 33rd editions of Who's Who in the World.
