He was previously a senior manager for RSM McGladrey and corporate director of cost accounting for The Health Central System, both located in Minneapolis, Minn. Earlier in his career, Mr. DeBusk cultivated his talents as a management systems consultant for HCA in Nashville, Tenn.
Mr. DeBusk is a 1979 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering. He went on to become a certified Professional Engineer in 1984 and obtain a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1987. In addition to expanding upon his knowledge in professional roles across the United States, Mr. DeBusk has remained current in his field through affiliations with the Institute of Industrial Engineering, the American Society for Quality, and Alpha Pi Mu. He also taught as an instructor for six years at St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
