Well-known for his stellar professional reputation, Dr. Park currently parlays more than four decades of experience into his role as chairman of the Korea Asian Forum Association. In the mid-80s, he began working as the president of the European Korean Cultural Centre and the Family Tree "Park/Pak" Association in Europe, Inc. - positions he still holds today. Additionally, Dr. Park holds roles with the Korean-American Broadcasting Network and the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea. Over the years, he has worked as a senior policy adviser, chairman, special economic policy assistant, visiting professor, deputy chief, and policy commissioner.
An alumnus of the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea University, Baruch College, and the University of Nevada, Dr. Park holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics, a master's degree, and a Ph.D. in economics. Throughout his career, he has contributed his array of knowledge to numerous articles on topics such as the structural pitfalls in globalization, overall economic aspects through an overdevelopment/underdevelopment theory, rediscovery on the value of Korean Insam and herb industries, and Korean agricultural policies. In 2007, Dr. Park published two articles through the Korean Insam Commercialization Council on the marketing of herbal medicine and the Korean agricultural police.
