A member of various bar associations, his practice covers commercial and litigation matters such as antitrust litigation, consumer protection, franchising, corporate and joint ventures disputes, white-collar criminal matters, land use litigation, employment discrimination, among others. At the start of his career, he served as an assistant clerk for the Superior Court of Connecticut, and, subsequently, he became an associate for Delson & Gordon, Helm Shapiro Anito & Aldrich P.C., and Taub & Fasciana P.C.
An alumnus of Trinity College and George Washington University, Mr. Moloshok holds a Bachelor of Arts and a JD. Additionally, he is licensed to practice through the Connecticut, New York and New Jersey Bar Associations and numerous U.S. District Courts. In order to keep abreast of changes in the field, he affiliates himself with the American Bar Association, where he held the role of chairman of the antitrust section of the franchise and dealership committee from 1999 until 2002. Throughout his career, he has contributed his extensive knowledge to numerous articles in professional journals, such as "Free Speech Versus Fair Markets: Will Credit-Card Surcharge Cases Supercharge the First Amendment?" which he authored for The Antitrust Source, where he currently serves as associate editor, and "Resale Price Maintenance-The New Frontier in Franchising?" which he authored for the Global Competition Review Special Report in 2008.
