In a career that began in 1971, Mr. Pindyck has been involved with a number of noteworthy law firms. To prepare for a career in business law and corporate finance, Mr. Pindyck attended Columbia University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1967, a JD in 1970 and an MBA in 1971. He was admitted to the bar of New York in 1971 and, later, the bar of Wisconsin in 1987. Mr. Pindyck is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Richard Paul Richman Center for Business, Law, and Public Policy at Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School. He is also a member of the Board of Overseers for Columbia Business School. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for The PrivateBank, Junior Achievement USA, Milwaukee Public Museum, Milwaukee Ballet Company, and Harambee Community School. From 1984-1998, he was on the Board of Visitors of Columbia College, for which he served as a Vice President from 1994-1998 and a Regional Director from 1988-1994.
