Dr. Dobbs returned to Analogic Corp. later in his career, taking on the positions of vice president and chief scientist then corporate fellow.
An alumnus of The University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Dobbs holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, a Master of Science in physics, and a Ph.D. in particle physics. He is professionally aligned with the International Society of Ecological Economics, the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, and the American Physical Society. Throughout his career, Dr. Dobbs has written 18 articles that have been published in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he has conducted extensive research in the areas of particle physics and engineering; he has been issued 31patents.
