Certified to practice law through the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, California and New York Bar Associations, Mr. Levey holds an impressive array of educational achievements, including a Bachelor of Science in economics and accounting from Wilkes University, a JD from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Laws in Taxation through Miami University. Furthermore, he has authored numerous creative works, including "U.S. Taxation of Foreign-Controlled Businesses," and co-authored "Transfer Pricing & Rules, Regulations and Compliance" in 2014.
