A graduate of the City College of New York, the University of Wisconsin, and Georgetown University, Dr. McLennan holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science, PhD, and a JD. In addition to serving as a tax specialist, she also enjoys writing, and serves as a board member for the Chesapeake Bar Writers.
