A graduate of Northwestern University, Dr. Porte holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in journalism, as well as a PhD. In order to stay active among colleagues and professional connections, he affiliates himself with the Association of Business Communication.
Throughout his career, he has contributed his knowledge to a number of creative works, including a manual for technical writers as well as "Media Coverage of Events Relating to the Swine Flu Program."
