Prior to co-founding Rocket21, Mr. Grayson was the founding CEO of All Kinds of Minds, a $100MM non-profit start-up in education. Previously, he has held such roles as president, vice president, and accountant executive, Rabbit Ears Productions, Inc.,Triad Artists, Inc., North Castle Partners, and AC&R Advertising, where he began his career as an assistant account executive.
An alumnus of both Columbia and Harvard, Mr. Grayson holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, as well as an MBA in marketing. A contributor to numerous articles in professional journals, he has earned many awards throughout the course of his career. Since the late 1990s, Mr. Grayson has been featured in one edition each of Who's Who in the East and Who's Who in the Media and Communication, two editions of Who's Who in the World, and six editions of Who's Who in America.
