Mr. Leonard is engaged in a wide variety of corporate activities including serving as Chairman of the Regional Real Estate Investment Co., Permalith Plastics and Crowley Chemical. He has served on the Board of Fannie Mae, Independence Blue Cross, PRWT Services, Inc., U.S. Facilities and TelAmerica LLC.
Mr. Leonard is engaged in a wide variety of political activity including having served as the Vice Chairman of Finance for the Democratic National Committee, Chairman of PA Finance Committee "Clinton for President," Chairman for Senate and Chairman of Pennsylvania Values. He has been a Delegate to the Democratic National Convention on numerous occasions.
Mr. Leonard is engaged in a wide variety of civic activities including serving as Chairman of Hahnemann University Hospital, Chairman of Roman Catholic High School. He has served on the Board of Directors of Drexel University School of Medicine, The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, Asian Studies Foundation and the Irish American Partnership. He has been a member of the Merit Selection Committee for Federal Judges.
Mr. Leonard has received numerous awards including The Greater Philadelphia Area Leadership Award, the Judge Learned Hand Award from the Jewish Committee and the "Drexel 100" Award, honoring him as one of the Most Distinguished Graduates of Drexel University.
