From 1988 to 2003, he served as senior vice president of Kimberly-Clark Corporation's Department of Law and Government Affairs, after previously serving as senior vice president and general counsel. From 1981 to 1983, he served as associate general counsel of Warner-Lambert Corporation in New Jersey.
For five years, Mr. Everbach served as secretary and general counsel of American Optical Corporation in Massachusetts. Furthermore, Mr. Everbach has also worked as corporate counsel to Alza Corporation in California and corporate counsel for Bristol-Meyers Corporation in Indiana. He began his career as an attorney of the C.I.A. in Langley, Virginia.
Mr. Everbach obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Virginia in 1966. Before serving the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1963, he received a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy in 1960. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the California Bar Association. He has been featured in Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, and Who's Who in the World. Mr. Everbach has been married to Nancy Lee Stern for more than 56 years. They have two children: Tracy Ellen and Stephen George.
