Dr. Saeki holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Kyushu University, and a PhD in Accelerator Science from The Graduate University for Advanced Studies. His professional affiliations include the American Vacuum Society and the Institute of Physics. A contributor to numerous articles in professional journals, he has had his work published in such prestigious journals as the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology and the Review of Scientific Instruments.
Additionally, Dr. Saeki has spoken at a variety of conferences on SR vacuum systems and obtained patents for a precision lathe to machine a lead plane on a VTR cylinder head, and milling equipment using ion beams along with other scholars in the field. Beyond his status as a leader in his industry, he has earned many awards for his professional accomplishments. Since 2000, Dr. Saeki has been featured in two volumes of Who's Who in Asia, and six volumes of Who's Who in the World.
