Mr. Dischley is a graduate of George Mason University, where he completed a Bachelor's in Administration of Justice with distinction and a JD. Prior to completing his degrees, David spent three years serving in the United States Marine Corps. Enlisting just out of high school, he served alongside the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in Okinawa, Japan. During his time serving, he received a Good Conduct Medal and Meritorious Unit Commendation. Upon his return to the states, David was stationed in Quantico, Virginia and promoted to the rank of Corporal. While stationed at Quantico, David began his undergraduate career at Northern Virginia Community College; working on his Associates in Applied Science in Administration of Justice. David graduated cum laude from Northern Virginia Community College on the same day he exited the Marine Corps.
Previously, Mr. Dischley served as an assistant prosecutor of the Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney's Office, as well as the former assistant prosecutor of the Fauquier Commonwealth Attorney's Office. As a former strategic planner for Northrup-Grumman IT and a former senior trial attorney for Bose Law Firm, David also spent time as a guest lecturer at Torts Northern Virginia Community College as general counsel for Zero Day International, LLC, and has been serving as a legal advisor for Warrenton Police Department since 2009.
Mr. Dischley, who is the author of a number of articles on topics relevant to his work, is licensed to practice throughout the state of Virginia, including the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Western districts. Offering free consultations regarding pending cases, David works diligently in order to protect each and every one of his clients to the best of his ability.
As a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the Virginia State Bar, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and Superlawyers, David gained recognition in 2014-2015 as a Rising Star, and was named to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2014-2015 by the National Trial Lawyers.
