A widely renowned passenger service professional, Ms. Adolph served as an employee in the airlines industry for more than four decades. During this time, she was asked by CNN to appear on TV as an industry expert. In recognition of her dedication to the airlines industry, Ms. Adolph has been featured in a wide range of honors publications, including Who's Who in America, Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in Finance and Business, and Who's Who in the World.
As a four-year-old child, Ms. Adolph dreamed of working for Trans World Airlines and going to Switzerland. She was inspired to pursue a career in airline service, which would allow her to fulfill both of those dreams. In 1978, Ms. Adolph joined Trans World Airlines as a passenger service employee, a position she held for nearly three decades. During this time, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Adult and Occupational Education through Kansas State University in 1981. Ms. Adolph takes great pride in having maintained a full-time career while raising two children and earning a college degree. In addition to completing formal education, Ms. Adolph holds a certificate in supervisory, which she received from Maple Woods Community College.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Adolph enjoyed having the opportunity to travel the world, see the most beautiful parts of the world and take photographs. Some of her photographs have been published in the Trans World Airlines Calendars, as well TWA Ambassador Magazine, which featured a full-page article with a photograph taken in Germany and credited to Ms. Adolph for her work. Ms. Adolph maintained a position with Trans World Airlines until 2001, when the airline was acquired by American Airlines. She went on to serve as a passenger service employee with American Airlines until 2008.
