For many years, Mr. Doyle has served as the executive vice president of Clean Energy Systems, Inc., which developed a breakthrough technology that has revolutionized the power industry through the elimination of traditional power plant stacks and instead making zero-emission power plants a standard installation. Over the years, he has also served as a visiting professor of international and space law with the University of Western Sydney, and as visiting lecturer with prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, George Washington University, the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Southern California. Mr. Doyle has represented the U.S. at meetings of the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space in New York and Geneva.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Duke University, Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History, a Bachelor of Laws, and a JD. Additionally, he has completed educational programs through the Aerojet General Corporation, the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. In order to remain active and engaged among his professional circles, he affiliates himself with the American Astronautical Society, the International Institute of Space Law, the British Interplanetary Society, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and the Association of the Institute of Air and Space Law.
Beyond his status as a leader in his field, he has received many awards for his professional endeavors, including a Distinguished Service Award through the International Institute of Space Law, and an Equal Employment Opportunity Award and Medal through NASA. Mr. Doyle currently resides with his wife in retirement in North Carolina.
