During the course of her career, she has worked directly with patients as a registered nurse and, has been responsible for the supervision and implementation of complex projects, including electronic documentation systems system applications and upgrades, construction/space design, and more, while working on the administrative side.
Forming Connect the Dots as a way for others to network and share information, tools, and techniques to assist hospital staff in navigating through project and change management processes, the company's mission is to promote the growth and success of individuals and teams committed to the achievement of goals. Ms. Gallot-Reeves earned a Bachelor of Art in Behavioral Studies and a Master of Art in Management. She is a registered nurse and is certified in both project management and change management. In 2014, she published her first book, "Between Shifts," a collection of vignettes in poetry that were written over a 30-year period of time and throughout her career as a professional nurse, wife, mother, and artist. She anticipates the publication of two more books in the coming years and plans to host several speaking engagements thereafter.
