Over the years, he has served in many positions with Chosun University, including instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, dean of the College of Education, and dean of the Graduate School. Additionally, he has lent his expertise to the Linguistic Association of Korea, the University of California, Davis, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and the University of Kansas.
A graduate of Chosun University and Jeonbok National University, Dr. Lee holds a Master's degree, as well as a PhD. Throughout his career, he has written numerous research papers, including "a constraint-based approach to English conditional inversion constructions," as well as numerous others that have been supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea. Additionally, he has had the privilege of working with The Linguistic Association of Korea, and earned a Best Teacher Prize through the College of Education at Chosun University. Looking ahead, Dr. Lee intends to expand upon his research in the field of linguistics.
