Mr. Frost of Teich Groh & Frost, a bankruptcy law firm located in Lawrenceville, N.J., just celebrated his 40th year as a partner at the firm. Previously, he spent five years as an associate attorney for Gladstein & Isaac in NYC. He has represented clients in all areas of bankruptcy, commercial law and litigation. Mr. Frost and his staff currently serve throughout the state as well as Mercer County.
Acquiring his undergraduate degree at Bradley University in 1969, followed by a JD at New York Law School in 1976, Mr. Frost was admitted to practice by the New Jersey Bar Association, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of the U.S. District Court of New York, the New York Bar Association, the Third Circuit of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
Mr. Frost authored a 359-page book, "Recent Developments in the Area of Sex-Based Discrimination-The Courts, The Congress, and the Constitution," in 1974. He has also contributed a number of professional articles throughout his career and has spent time on the New York Law School Law Review as an associate editor in the mid-1970s. A former officer of the New Jersey State Bar Association's bankruptcy law section, Mr. Frost has also been well-known for his many years serving on the panel of trustees for the U.S. trustee for the District of New Jersey since 1979.
Included in several editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America, Mr. Front has maintained a high AVVO rating and has been the recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award. Furthermore, Mr. Frost is the proud father of three children.
