Houseaux came from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where he spent many years in the same capacity. An impressive businessman who takes great pride in his work, Mr. Houseaux first decided to acquire his real estate license in 1984. Joining Merrill Lynch, he was the top selling agent in his office in less than one week. Three years later, Mr. Houseaux had the largest, single transaction to date for the firm. All these years later, the majority of his real estate sales have been generated from referrals. Highly skilled in the field, he is well-respected by his peers and his level of expertise in both the buying and the selling process is top notch.
Born and raised in the southwest region of France, Mr. Houseaux attended the prestigious French military academy. Later earning his degree in Mathematics at the University of Bordeaux in 1968, he became a mathematics and French teacher. He also spent years as a successful, licensed private investigator and in management for the hospitality industry. Making his way to the United States in 1977, he taught himself how to speak English and became a resident of the country.
In 1990, Mr. Houseaux produced his own film "A Dozen Ways to Die," in which he also acted and did his own stunt work. A martial arts grand master who was recently inducted into the Karate & Kickboxing Hall of Fame by the Ohio Judo and Karate Association in 2015, he also enjoys being outdoors, reading, and acting. Maintaining memberships with the Leading Edge Society, the National Association of Realtors, and the Screen Actors Guild, Mr. Houseaux is married to Virginia Gee. He has one child and two grandchildren.
