Artist Ms. Zaroff led a wonderful executive level career in communications and advertising that dates back to 1977, when she served as president of Zaroff Communications, an organization that she formed in Rochester, NY. She was also an advertising manager for the Rochester Institute of Technology, editor for the Rochester Women Magazine, and advertising manager for The Marlow Group, Inc., in Aspen, CO. Since 1990, she has come full circle, focusing her time solely on her artwork.

Although much of her artwork reflects California nature and includes wine country art, landscapes, flowers, and still life, she has also created scenes from Alaska, and in 2007, began a series of land paintings in Kauai County, HI, after several winter visits, demonstrating her concern regarding the constant development on the island.
Ms. Zaroff is a member of the Asian Art Museum, the San Francisco Museum of Art, the De Young Fine Arts Museum, and the Aspen Women's Forum, and is a member, former president, and longtime trustee of the Aspen Writers Foundation.
A longtime trustee for RESPONSE in Aspen, CO, since 1987, and former president of Rochester Merchants Association, Ms. Zaroff has also been involved in local government as a member of the New York State Democratic Committee, town leader of the Democratic Committee in Brighton, NY, and delegate for the Democratic Convention in San Francisco, CA.
A BA graduate of George Washington University since 1956, Ms. Zaroff is currently involved as an honored volunteer assistant art teacher in the arts department of the Martin Luther King School in the Sausalito School District. She also serves as a member of the Sausalito Village Retirement Community. Married to Lawrence I. Zaroff for many years before his passing, she has three children and eight grandchildren.
