An alumnus of Fordham University, American University, and the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mr. Cepero holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Spanish and Anthropology, respectively, and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Human Resource Development. He also holds certifications in Criterior Referenced Instruction and Human Resources. Throughout his career, he has been awarded numerous times for his work in the field, earning the Future HR Leader Award through Human Capital Magazine, the Andrew Young Award from the YMCA of the USA, and entry into the Dr. Alice Holloway Young Internship Program through Monroe Community College. In the near future, Mr. Cepero intends to expand upon his industry experience.
